The City of Lauderdale Lakes and the School Board of Broward County have an agreement regarding reciprocal use of facilities. See attached.
The City of Lauderdale Lakes and Coral Ridge Presbyterian (dba Westminster Academy) have a Developer’s Agreement in reference to the Westminster Academy Athletic Complex located at 3701 NW 44th Street, Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33319. The Developer’s Agreement outlines the academy’s future obligations to the City. See attached.
This is a discussion for the City Commission to further determine the utilization of facilities and property of the above mentioned locations. Funding Source:
