The City Attorney Professional Legal Services contract was awarded to Shutts and Bowen, LLP on September 17, 2018 (Resolution 2018-096), see attached. The initial contract period of three (3) years will expire September 16, 2021. The contract does include the authorization for two (2) additional two (2) year renewal options. Funding Source:
