Staff Recommendation Background:
From the Library of Professional Services, AE Engineering Inc was selected to provide a Task Order for civil services associated with the NW 31 Avenue Buffer Wall Project. The execution of a contract was authorized by the CRA Board. However, the City of Lauderdale Lakes has deemed AE Engineering to not be in compliance with the terms of the procurement contract. As such, authorization from the CRA Board is requested to terminate the contract with AE Engineering. Funding Source:
